IN PERSON - Registration forms can be obtained by visiting the YMCA Belleville branch, 433 Victoria Ave, Belleville, ON, K8N 2G1 or at our John Williams Branch at 50 Monogram Place in Trenton. Forms can be picked up at the Membership desk; completed registration forms may be dropped off at the same location or at the YMCA Offices at 250 Sidney Street..

RETURNING VOLUNTEERS - Are not required to obtain a new Criminal Reference Check, but will be asked to sign a waiver. New CRC are required every three (3) years..

NEW VOLUNTEERS - Must present a current and clear Criminal Reference Check, prior to volunteering or presented to the coordinator on the night they have signed up for.
