Registration Procedure
Obtain an Application Form from either of the following means and fill out and then take to the RCMP office for processing: 1. Online Operation Red Nose - Safety Services Manitoba and follow the links or from local Rotarians 2. Please leave the completed form at your local RCMP location. We will retrieve the completed forms from the RCMP. 3. The Flin Flon City Hall will serve as headquaters for hours of operation (9:00 pm to 2:00 am) 4.
