On all campaign nights, we operate for service from 9 pm to 3 am. Our call centre opens just prior, and stays open until just after we close. We only accept phone calls for booking our service, and recommend you call us 1 hour prior to your required time for a ride.
We cannot guarantee a specific time for you, and we ask you to call us again if your ETA for arrival has passed by more than 20 minutes. We can contact your team or the dispatcher and provide an update for you.
We are not operating on the date you selected? You can’t reach us? Various options are available to you, including calling a cab.
